Role requirements
7+ years of experience in data privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Deep expertise in operationalizing AI ethics frameworks, managing generative AI risks, and ensuring enterprise alignment with global and regional data protection laws.
Technical requirements
AI Compliance: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act (for global alignment)
Privacy Tech: Differential Privacy, K-Anonymity, Homomorphic Encryption, and Data Masking
Audit Tools: AI Fairness 360 (AIF360), Giskard (AI Testing), or Fiddler (Model Monitoring)
Core Logic: Deep understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers), RAG security, and Prompt Injection mitigation
