AB-900 is a Microsoft 365 fundamentals credential for administrators responsible for Copilot and agents. It covers comparing Copilot and agent capabilities, licensing models, enabling or disabling Copilot features, and monitoring agent usage, operational insights, and lifecycle through the Microsoft 365 admin center and the Power Platform admin center. DAI's training prepares admins for the exam. The exam is currently a Microsoft beta.
