AI-103Azure AI Apps & Agents Developer Associate
AI-103 is Microsoft's current associate credential for AI engineers who build, manage, and deploy AI solutions and agents using Microsoft Foundry and Python. It replaces the retiring AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer) and covers planning AI solutions and implementing generative-AI, agentic, computer-vision, text-analysis, and information-extraction workloads. DAI's training prepares developers for the exam. The exam is currently a Microsoft beta.

Prerequisites

Exam AI-103 (currently in beta), 120 minutes, passing score 700, English. Proctored via Pearson VUE. A Microsoft Certification, renewable free each year.

- The current successor to the retiring Azure AI Engineer (AI-102)
- The certification and exam are issued by Microsoft; DAI provides the training
