AI-300Machine Learning Operations Engineer Associate
AI-300 is Microsoft's MLOps engineering credential. It validates setting up and running the infrastructure behind machine-learning operations (MLOps) and generative-AI operations (GenAIOps) on Azure — together "AIOps". That spans the full model lifecycle in Azure Machine Learning, plus deploying, evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing generative-AI apps and agents on Microsoft Foundry, with automation, infrastructure-as-code (Bicep, Azure CLI), and CI/CD through GitHub Actions. It replaces the retired Azure Data Scientist (DP-100). DAI's training prepares engineers for the exam. The exam is currently a Microsoft beta.

Prerequisites
A data-science background with Python, an entry-level grasp of DevOps (GitHub Actions, CLIs), and experience with Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Foundry.
Examination
Exam AI-300 (currently in beta), 120 minutes, English. Proctored via Pearson VUE. A Microsoft Certification, renewable free each year.
